Shipping Policy

In-stock items are shipped via local courier service (TCS or Leopard Courier) within 1–2 business days from receipt of full payment against the order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your purchase to reach you.

Courier tracking number will be shared upon dispatch of a shipment.

All deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Items ordered together may not arrive together.

Out-of-stock items are processed within 10–15 working days and will be delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of shipment via courier service (TCS or Leopard Courier).

Shipping Rate:

The delivery rates below are charged based on the cumulative weight of the shipped product(s). Shipping rates are determined based on the item falling into a particular shipping class and its corresponding weight range.

Shipping Class 1: Weight Range: 1 kg–4 kg, Rs. 500

Shipping Class 2: Weight Range: 5 kg–10 kg, Rs. 750

Shipping Class 3: Weight Range: 11 kg–22 kg, Rs. 1,700

Shipping Class 4: Weight Range: 23 kg–30 kg, Rs. 2,650

Shipping Class 5: Weight Range: 31 kg–40 kg, Rs. 3,200

Shipping Class 6: Weight Range: 41 kg–50 kg, Rs. 3,600

Shipping Class 7: Weight Range: 51 kg–61 kg, Rs. 4,800

Shipping Class 8: Weight Range: 61 kg–70 kg, Rs. 5,300

Shipping Class 9: Weight Range: 71 kg–80 kg, Rs. 5,800
